Pricing for most homes in West Coast and East Coast counties start at $1,150, providing the retrofit can be done from the attic and no replacements of connections are required. We install 5 new connections at no cost. If more connections are required, the price is $20 per connection. We will inform you before work begins if you need more than 5 connections replaced.

The soffit is removed, the existing roof to wall attachments are mitigated or new clips are installed per truss and the soffit is reinstalled.

The existing wood soffit is removed, the retrofit work is completed, and the existing soffits are reinstalled. If any wood is rotted/damaged or needs to be replaced, the cost will be added to your final invoice.
